All articles published by IJIE are immediately available worldwide under an open-access license. This means:

• everyone has free and unlimited access to the full text of all articles published in IJIE;
• everyone is free to reuse the published material if proper accreditation/citation of the original publication is given;
• The open-access publication is supported by the authors' institutes or research funding agencies by payment of a comparatively low Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted articles.

Permissions

No special permission is required to reuse all or part of the article published by IJIE, including figures and tables. Any part of articles published under an open-access Creative Common CC BY license may be reused without permission, provided the original article is clearly cited. Reuse of an article does not imply endorsement by the authors or IJIE.
